Cancellation Policy

Liz Greene values your time and appreciates the same consideration in return. The following booking policy helps ensure appointments run smoothly for all clients. Booking Appointments All sessions are booked online via the website booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your appointment details and any relevant information prior to your session. All sessions are held online via secure video appointment and are available to clients throughout New Zealand. Discovery Calls A complimentary 15-minute discovery call is offered to ensure Liz’s services are the right fit for your needs before committing to a full session. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rebooked at no additional cost. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you and cannot usually be offered to another client at short notice. Late Arrival If you arrive late to your session, the appointment will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. The full session fee will apply. Confidentiality & Respect All sessions are conducted in a confidential and respectful environment. Liz Greene reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where appropriate, including where the service is not the right fit for a client’s needs.
