These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Liz Greene, Midwife Specialist.

1. Services

Liz Greene provides online support services including:

Birth Debriefing
Antenatal Support
Postnatal Support
Pregnancy Loss Support
Professional Supervision for Midwives and Health Professionals

Sessions are reflective and supportive in nature and are not medical treatment or crisis mental health services.

2. Suitability of Service

Services are suited to individuals seeking thoughtful, reflective support.

Liz Greene reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if it is determined that the support required falls outside the scope of practice or is not clinically appropriate.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential.

Information shared will not be disclosed without consent except where required by law or where there is risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

4. Booking & Payment

Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

Full payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe.

Discovery calls are complimentary and obligation-free.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

6. Late Attendance

If you arrive late to your appointment, the session will still conclude at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply.

7. Technology & Online Sessions

Sessions are conducted online via secure video platform.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and a private space for sessions.

Liz Greene is not responsible for interruptions due to technical issues outside of her control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liz Greene shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of services or this website.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
